       Hello, my name is Winston Lewis and I was born and raised in the Caribbean island republic of Trinidad and Tobago. 

       Though soccer is part of the country's culture, organized youth clubs were not part of my childhood, so I honed and developed my skills playing 'up' in the adult leagues in my home town. 

       Through hard work and dedication, I proceeded to play in the local Semi Pro & Professional leagues, eventually earning a College Scholarship to then NAIA Huntingdon College (AL) where I secured All-American accolades throughout my college career. 

       After moving to New Orleans I played Semi-Professionally in both the Latino "Islano" leagues, and South-Central Regional Men's league.   

       I have successfully coached High School, and Middle School teams garnering City and District titles, and deep playoff runs in the Louisiana H.S. (LHSAA) State Championships. 

       At the Youth Club level, the Boys and Girls teams entrusted to me have secured State Championships, and State runner-up titles through the years.

       A few of my players have been selected to State and ODP Regional teams, became competitive College players across all Divisions, and some have even been selected to the Junior USWNT training Camps.  

       I have Directed Youth Academies, implemented and directed Camps/Clinics, and was the lead contributor in the formation, development, and operational processes of 2 Recreational Programs in southeast Louisiana. I currently conduct coaching clinics for the Pleasant Hill Soccer Association, and was recently hired as the Head Coach of the men's program at Calvary University in Kansas City, MO.

       I have also been a State Instructor for U-5 to U-9 coaches.

       After devoting over 25 years to coaching Club soccer, my passion is to now channel my knowledge and experience to the educational and developmental side of the sport, impacting individual players, Collegiate programs, and Youth Organizations.

       I hold Associates Degrees in Economics & Accounting, a B.S. in Sport Management, as well as a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) "A" license & (USSF) National Youth License.
